«Принятие решений» как междисциплинарная сфера исследований: генезис и тенденции развития

В статье рассматривается генезис и современные проблемы междисциплинарных исследований процессов принятия решений. Особое внимание уделено анализу формальных моделей рационального выбора в условиях неопределенности и риска. Представлена методологическая позиция автора, заключающаяся в том, что риск всегда связан с субъектом и решениями, которые тот принимает.

Decision making is one of the most important fields of multidisciplinary research due to the role decisions play in human life. Philosophy can play an integrative role in the analysis of these problems by forming a general conceptual basis that allows a transfer of methodology and models from one scientific discipline to another. Important factors, which complicate decision-making, are risk and uncertainty. The principal difference between uncertainty and risk is that under the conditions of risk we can give a quantitative assessment of the probability of certain events, while under the conditions of uncertainty this is not possible. I present my methodological position, according to which risk is always related to the subject and decisions they make.

Through this premise, I analyse paradoxes of formalized decision-making models under the conditions of risk. I provide arguments for the thesis that decision-making under the conditions of risk is not a confrontation of the person with the events beyond his control but a conscious and rational choice. Risk is an integral parameter combining the assessment of both the probabilities of the decision implementation and the quantitative characteristics of its consequences. The subject integrates these assessments by choosing the alternative, which more fully corresponds to his goals and criteria. I provide justification for the conclusion that specialized training allows to make human activity more rational and efficient.
