Содержание понятия историософии и концептуализация термина «эсхатологическая историософия»

Статья посвящена соотношению концептов историософии и эсхатологии. Исследуется исходный смысл содержания этих понятий, который формировался в контексте определенных онтологических учений и устанавливается возможность концептуализации понятия «эсхатологическая историософия».

The Concept of Historiosophy and Conceptualization of the Term ‘Eschatological Historiosophy

Approaches to the philosophy of history and to understanding of ‘end of history’ are basis of classical and contemporary belief systems. For studying this matter, it is necessary to create a classification of historiosophy as a separate type of philosophy of history. In turn, conceptualization of eschatological historiosophy supposes its implementation through a consideration of the relationship between the concepts of historiosophy and eschatology.

The subject of my study is the source meaning of the concepts of the historiosophy and eschatology. For this scientific goal I used historical-philosophical methods: analysis, interpretation, and historical-philosophical reconstruction. Using philosophical hermeneutics and comparativistics, I analyzed (i) Hegel’s ontology of history, (ii) August Cieszkowski’s understanding of the Hegel’s philosophical of history and ideas of finiteness of history, (iii) religious understanding of the term ‘Eschatology’ and canonic Christian concept of the Kingdom of God. I have shown historiosophy claims to knowledge of some of the leading strand of world history, of a kind of ontological ‘axis of history’. This knowledge forms an idea of the expected future, which are essentially utopian projects. Inclusion in historiosophy the concept of ‘eschatology’ allows us to select a particular type of eschatological historiosophy, which examines the historical process through the possibility of personal praxis. The concept of eschatological historiosophy implies the finiteness of the historical process and the transition of the world into a new transcendent of this world reality, referred as ‘Eschaton’ in canonic Christian literature in Ancient Greek.

On the basis of my study, I concluded historiosophy as the type of the philosophy of history comes from a priori ideas, predefined logical constructs, which is predicated on the notion of historical process.
