В третьей статье публикуемой серии рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с отношением Корана к отступничеству и сектантству, а также к возможности убийства по конфессиональному признаку. Приводится призыв Единого Бога к Мухаммеду «не озадачиваться тем, кто разделяет веру на секты», поскольку вопрос о том, кто прав, а кто «беззаконен» и далек от истины будет решать Сам Бог. Ни Пророку, ни человеку не позволено решать, кто из других людей прав, а кто находится в заблуждении в своих религиозных взглядах. Согласно Корану, эти вопросы находятся исключительно в компетенции Единого Бога. Человеку позволительно судить другого человека сугубо по тем нормам права, которые даны в Писаниях, но не дано судить за духовные воззрения людей.

The third article considers issues relating to the attitude of the Quran to “religious sectarianism”. We give the the appeal of the One God to Muhammad “not to concern with those who divide their faith into sects” because God Himself will decide who are right and who are unjust. Neither prophet, nor man is allowed to decide what people are right and what people are in error in their religious views. According to the Quran, the One God has exclusive competence on these issues. In this article we show, that according to the Quran it is permissible for men to judge other people purely by the rules of law, which are given in the Scriptures, but it is not allowed to judge spiritual beliefs of people. According to the Quran, men are specially created with different physical and mental qualities in order to “try some of you by means of others” and “try you in what He has given”. The statutes and the commandments of the Quran demonstrate that from Message to Message the One God is more tolerant of mental characteristics of people, affording them the opportunity for greater self-expression of their mental essence and for display of independence in their intellectual activities.

We pay special attention to the negative attitude of the Quran to assassination along confessional lines.
