We considered Archaeolith in the context of multidisciplinary model concepts, as follows:
(i) the moments of the beginning and the interpretation of the durations of the main stages (periods) of the archaeological epoch are modeled using the inverse Fibonacci's series (i.e., the ‘golden section’) with the dimension of ‘millennia BC’, which provides sufficient accuracy of modeling;
(ii) Humanity is a hierarchical network and self-controlling system (according to cybernetic algorithms of search optimization of energy nature target criteria), the duration of the formation of new tiers in which evolves according to the law of geometric progression with the denominator e-e (“e to the degree minus e”).
Fig. 1 and table 1 make it clear that ASE in general and Archaeolith in particular are as the parts of the AE within our combined numerical model taking into account the Fibonacci Series (Fibonacci’s model of archaeological epoch, FMAE).

The ASE of Archaeolith, with its subject Homo habilis archaeolithicus (generalized name), corresponds to the estimated time interval 6765¸377 thousand years BC, and includes an explicit phase of development (with the dominant ‘conscious activity’) of 2584¸610 thousand years BC. This corresponds to the archeological culture of Oldowan /Olduvai, being a transition from the living, biological (paleontological and biosocial) matter to personal-production-social (paleoanthropological and archaeological) one. In this regard, the ASE of Archaeolith has a unique three-part structure (Archaeolith-1, Archaeolith-2, and Archaeolith-3) of the transition from a purely biological Prehistory of AE to History of AE itself. These structures of the ASE of Archaeolith are distinguished by the increasing information complexity of its subject (Homo habilis archaeolithicus) at the level of the genus Homo. Homo habilis archaeolithicus effectively interacted in compact groups at different times occupying area with an equivalent circle radius in the range of ~16¸64 meters. Until ~1.86 million years ago, they used information technology (IT) for signaling sounds, postures and movements to communicate, and then more effective IT of mimics and gestures are sporadically possible.
In more detail, we discussed these problems in our monograph of 2017: Shchapova Yu.L., Grinchenko S.N. Introduction to the Archaeological Epoch Theory of the: Numerical Modeling and Logarithmic Scales of Spatial-temporal Coordinates. Moscow: History Department of Moscow State University and Federal Research Center “Informatics and Control”, Russian Academy of Sciences Publishers, 2017. (In Russian).
In this paper, taking into account the fact that it is the articulate speech that makes us human, we conclude that on account of this IT, Homo habilis archaeolithicus (“capable archaeolithic man”) is very far from Homo sapiens ("wise man"). However, his descendants, Homo archaeo-paleolithicus (H. ergaster / H. erectus, etc.), were already closer to Homo sapiens. Theoretically, we have identified a new, substantially broader and more diversified subject of archaeological research such as Archaeolith ASE, which allows us to expand the category of “archaeological culture of Oldowan/Olduvai” related to this time as a traditional subject of study.
